Daily Program Time Frame: 
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Example of A Daily Schedule:


Day 1: Identity & Orientation (Core Ironspire)

  • 7:00–8:00: Morning Movement & Mindfulness (Shared)

  • 8:00–8:30: Breakfast

  • 8:30–9:30: Welcome & Program Orientation (Shared)

  • 9:30–10:45: Workshop: Understanding “Forging” (Breakout)

  • 10:45–11:00: Break

  • 11:00–12:15: Workshop: Emotional Intelligence & Self-Regulation (Breakout)

  • 12:15–1:00: Lunch

  • 1:00–2:15: Outdoor Team Challenge: The Chain Reaction (Shared)

  • 2:15–3:00: Reflection & Journaling (Breakout)

  • 3:00–3:15: Snack & Break

  • 3:15–4:45: Mentor 1:1s and Personal Time (Breakout)

  • 4:45–5:00: Group Closeout
     

Day 2: Tools & Household Repair Day (Offsite Workshop)

  • 7:00–8:00: Bus/Travel to Workshop & Safety Briefing

  • 8:00–8:30: Breakfast at Workshop

  • 8:30–10:00: Tool Safety & Identification (Breakout by age)

  • 10:00–10:15: Break

  • 10:15–12:00: Basic Repairs: Hand Tools, Painting, Assembly (13–15); Power Tools & Carpentry (16–17); Advanced Repairs & Mentoring (18–19)

  • 12:00–12:45: Lunch

  • 12:45–2:15: Home Maintenance Practicum (e.g., drywall, fixtures, simple wiring)

  • 2:15–3:00: Reflection & Journaling (Breakout)

  • 3:00–3:15: Snack & Break

  • 3:15–4:45: Group Project: Build or Repair Item for Camp/Community

  • 4:45–5:00: Group Closeout & Bus Return

This structure allows for immersive, focused learning on each skill area, maximizes the value of off-site resources, and maintains the Ironspire Experience’s holistic, cohort-based approach.
